PC COM
DIAGNOSTIC UNDER MS/DOS
The TESTCOM a
diagnostic program, provide routines to test your PCCOM PCI 2 port
serial adapter under MS-DOS. It has both internal and external loop
back
tests. During external loop back test a loop back plug must be
connected to each port being tested. You can also select different
hardware settings during testing from the SETUP RS232 menu.
User
can get TESTCOM program from Decision Studio CD.

TESTCOM
The TestCom
menu will appear.
Setup
RS232 – is used to setup the baud rate, flow
control, etc.
Internal
loop test – is used to test the IC.
External
loop test – is used to test the ports.
Auto
– is used to test the IC and the ports of the card.
